A review of the classical Center-Focus problem in qualitative theory of Ordinary Differential Equations, and its recently found relations with the Composition Algebra of univariate polynomials and with generalized Moments will be given. The following special problem will be discussed: find conditions for a polynomial q to be orthogonal to all the positive powers of the polynomial P on the interval [0,1].
